Sunday 5 p.m. – Rest and Recovery from the Weekend – a gentle stretch class with lots of breathwork and stretching.
Monday 11 a.m. 11 :45 a.m. – Gentle Broga for Back Pain – A slow class that focuses on stretches for back pain.
Monday 6 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. – Gentle Broga – A gentle flow with thoughtful movement and deep stretching.
Tuesday 9 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. – Gentle Broga – A gentle flow with lots of stretching and breathwork.
Tuesday 7 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. – Have a seat for Chair Broga – a gentle class in a chair.
Tuesday 8 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. – Guided Meditation
Wednesday 8 a.m.- 8:15 a.m. – Breathwork and Grounding
Thursday 6 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. – Moderate Broga – Middle of the road intensity
Friday 9:00 a.m. – 9:45 a.m. – Drop down and give me 10 – a higher intensity class with interval training
Saturday 4 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. – Guided Meditation
